We Rise Together is a Boston biotech community leadership development program exclusively focused on minorities, women, LGBTQ+, and individuals with disabilities at the director to vice president level designed to dramatically increase the percentage of those underrepresented talent populations rising to vice president and above at biotech companies across Boston.
